Typically, our hotel is quiet due to how it was constructed, however, during high traffic times mixed with a high volume of guests, it can result in some louder periods. We keep all secondary entrances locked 24/7 in addition to keeping our front entrance locked during the evening hours. We work hard to create an environment where all of our guests feel safe. They had all ready cleared hattatareaaut.that was basically my only issue besides the room itself " Fish didn't seem interested with helping us at all. I can't walk and my husband had to literally carrry me into me into the athroom.other than tat I asked my husband if I could have some pop corn. The bathroom was almost roo small to GWT into the door opens onto the tub making it more difficult to get into. My husband tried to push me into the dining area but there was no room to get seated so I had to sit in the lobby to eat. I love the study brand and reputation for cleanliness and fabulous breakfast. This is the first time we have ever had an issue with study inn and suites. We were tired and we felt we had no xoice. He told us all he had was a double queen which cost about 100 more than the king room. I'm in a wheelchair and the kung bed room allows the roomto mmaneuver ar ounder around (larger bathroom.)when we arrived we were met by "Fish who told us there was no reservation for us we explained we had called the previous evening and made a reservation for a king room. I had called to make a reservation for a king bed room at study inn and suites in Joplin no while staying at a study in Amarillo TX for the next night my husband listened while I called.
